Stood is a personal project of Product Manager/Developer Enrico Icardi.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Till Air Plant‘s newsletter is sent by e-mail to those who explicitly request it, filling out the registration form and authorising Enrico Icardi to process their personal data. The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to obtain the newsletter service.

Purposes of data processing

The personal data provided by users subscribed to the newsletter are used only to send the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.
The collected data are processed using computer tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

Newsletter

The newsletter is managed on the MailChimp® platform, belonging to the company Rocket Science Group, LLC, which is based in the United States and adheres to the c.d. “Safe Harbor” agreement, which imposes a level of protection of personal data equal to the standards required by the Privacy Authorities of the EU countries. The aforementioned company will process the data of the interested parties as independent holder, in compliance with the aforementioned standards (see disclosure). For any doubt or clarification, the interested party can contact directly Rocket Science Group, LLC, Mailchimp Privacy Department, 512 Means St., Suite 404, Atlanta, Georgia 30318. Failure to consent to communication and transfer of data as detailed above will make it impossible to get the newsletter service.

We allow our users to opt-out from Google Analytics at any point.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
